Where is dust collection needed in a cement plant? +

Jet-pulse baghouse filters and cyclone pre-separators are used for the high dust loads at the rotary kiln, raw mill, clinker cooler, cement mill and packing lines.

How is high-temperature, abrasive cement dust handled? +

High-temperature filter media (e.g. PTFE-coated or fiberglass fabrics), gas conditioning where needed, and CFD-analyzed flow design manage temperature and wear, achieving up to 99.9% dust collection efficiency.
