1. Personal data we process

If you complete the quote request form, we process:

The form does not request or process any special category data (health, biometric data, etc.).

2. Purposes of processing

Preparing and sending you a price quotation for the products or services you request Contacting you for the technical clarification needed before quoting Recording and concluding your request Performing the related processes should a contract be concluded

Your data is not used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Legal basis

We process your data under Article 5/2-(c) of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data — "directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract". Your quote request forms part of the pre-contractual stage, and your request cannot be answered without this data.

4. Method of collection

Your data is collected fully automatically through the electronic form provided on the Google Ads platform.

5. Transfer of your data

Domestic: Your data is shared with the relevant departments of our company (sales, project engineering) in order to handle your request. It may be transferred to authorised public authorities where a legal obligation arises.

International: As the form infrastructure is provided by Google, your data is processed on the servers of Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. This constitutes a transfer abroad under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 and is carried out under the appropriate safeguards required by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

6. Retention period

Your data is retained for 2 years following the conclusion of the quotation process. If a contract is concluded, the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation (Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code) apply. At the end of the period your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (Article 11)

By applying to the data controller you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed; Request information if it has been processed; Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose; Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data is transferred; Request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurate; Request erasure or destruction; Request that rectification, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis; Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You may submit your requests:

by e-mail to info@mdsjprocess.com, or in writing to the company address above.

Your application will be concluded within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application should state your name, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (if applicable), address for notification and the subject of your request.

If your request is rejected or left unanswered, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning the response and in any case within 60 days of the application date.
