A Powerful and Compact Solution for Industrial Gas Treatment

Dynamic Scrubber is a compact and effective wet gas-treatment system developed to remove dust, particulate matter, and soluble gas components from contaminated gas streams with high efficiency. Its space-saving footprint, low maintenance requirements, and reliable operating principle make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

What Is a Dynamic Scrubber?

Dynamic Scrubber is a gas scrubbing unit that works by drawing contaminated gas into the system in a controlled way and forcing intensive contact with liquid. During this contact, particulate matter and soluble contaminants are transferred into the liquid phase, while cleaned gas exits the system safely.

The system combines gas cleaning and particulate capture in a single body. This makes it effective for dusty process gases as well as applications where contaminants can be absorbed or captured in the liquid phase.

Working Principle

Contaminated gas enters the scrubber and is directed to maximize gas-liquid contact. Inside the unit, dust, particulate matter, and soluble pollutants are captured through intensive contact with the scrubbing liquid.

Separated contaminants collect in the lower sump with the liquid, while cleaned gas is discharged to the atmosphere or routed to the next process stage. The liquid circuit, body material, and equipment configuration can be adapted to the specific process conditions.
