Was ist ein Jet-Pulse-Filter?

Der Jet-Pulse-Filter (Schlauchfilter) ist ein industrielles Entstaubungssystem, das in Schwerindustrieanlagen wie Zement-, Eisen- und Stahl-, Bergbau- und Lebensmittelbetrieben die in den Produktionsprozessen entstehenden Stäube und Partikel mittels Druckluftstößen (Jet-Pulse) abreinigt und zu 99,9 % abscheidet.

  • Funktionsprinzip: Während die staubbeladene Luft die Außenseite der Filterschläuche durchströmt, wird der Staub an der Schlauchoberfläche zurückgehalten und die gereinigte Luft abgeführt.
  • Automatische Abreinigung (Jet-Pulse): Über zeitgesteuerte Ventile werden sekundenkurze Hochdruck-Luftstöße auf die Filterschläuche gegeben; der an der Schlauchoberfläche angesammelte Staub fällt in den unteren Bunker.
  • Vorteile: Ermöglicht einen unterbrechungsfreien 24/7-Betrieb, reinigt sich ohne Anlagenstillstand selbst und verlängert die Wartungsintervalle.

DUCON KM Jet-Pulse-Kammerschlauchfilter

Jet-Pulse-Kammerschlauchfilter werden für hohe Volumenströme und die Filtration schwer abzureinigender Stäube mit 2 bis 24 Kammern und zylindrischen Filterschläuchen angeboten. Die Schläuche haben Durchmesser von 130 mm und 160 mm und werden in Längen von 3 bis 10 Metern gefertigt. Unsere Fertigungskapazität reicht von 50.000 m³/h bis 6.000.000 m³/h. Das wichtigste Merkmal ist, dass sich einzelne Kammern absperren lassen und Wartungsarbeiten ohne Anlagenstillstand möglich sind. Die Gehäuse werden aus Kohlenstoffstahl oder Corten-Edelstahl, außen verstärkt und je nach Betriebsbedingungen bis 80 mb Vakuum beständig gefertigt.

Operating Principle

  • Dirty air enters the unit and passes through purpose-woven filter bags that capture the dust.
  • Particulates are held on the outside of the bags while clean air is sent to atmosphere or to a recovery line.
  • Once differential pressure reaches the set point, solenoid valves fire a brief burst of high-pressure air into each bag (the jet-pulse effect); the shock wave drops the dust cake into the hopper.
  • Cleaning rotates by compartment - one cell cleans while others continue filtering; airflow is uninterrupted.
